Option 1 $175 per hour-unlimited guests (March-November)
What's included:
-unlimited access to the animals
-barn seating for 56+ inside, 20 more outside 
-access to electric and a full climate controlled kitchen with running water!
-access to 4 Serving Chafers, Karaoke Speaker, Food Warming Mat, Round Fabric Tablecloths( White, Black or Navy)
-outdoor yard games
-miscellaneous farm visit activities 
-optional paint and take craft for $5pp
**You are welcome to bring your own food, cake, beverages, decorations, etc.!   

Option 2-$100 per hour (Year Round)
What's included:
-Climate controlled party room with full kitchen and running water!
-up to 18 guests
-unlimited access to the animals
-access to 4 Serving Chafers, Karaoke Speaker, Food Warming Mat)
-outdoor yard games (seasonal)
-miscellaneous farm visit activities (seasonal)
-optional paint and take craft for $5pp
